5 oz (150 g) Peas for the Planet Aromatic
10 oz (300 g) cold water
0.35 oz (10 g) chopped parsley
26 oz (750 g) dumpling dough half & half
Mix chopped parsley with the Peas for the Planet mix. Add water to the mixture and mix well directly so that the powder is completely dissolved. Allow to swell for at least 15 minutes. Form 12-14 balls. Form 12-14 balls from the dumpling dough. Press an indentation in the center of each one, put a ball in it and form it into a round dumpling again. Flatten the dumplings a bit with the help of 2 kitchen or spreading pallets and shape them into squares. Fry the potato pralines in vegan butter until nice and crispy on both sides, about 5 minutes total per side. This goes well with mushroom and leek vegetables, for example.
